b) Business and ERP Data
Depending on the modules used in Forth/Pharma ERP, we may collect and store:
- CRM leads and customer details
- Sales, quotations, orders, invoices, and payment information
- Inventory, product, and purchase records
- Employee, attendance, payroll, onboarding, and HR records
- Accounting and financial transaction data
- Support and communication records
c) Device and Usage Information

d) Meta / Facebook / Instagram Lead Data
If you connect your Facebook or Instagram account/pages with Forth/Pharma ERP, we may collect and process information made available through Meta APIs, including:
- Facebook Page ID / Page name
- Instagram business account ID (if connected)
- Meta lead form submissions and lead identifiers
- Lead details submitted by users through Meta Lead Ads forms, such as name, phone number, email, company, city, state, country, and any other lead form field provided by the lead
- Integration metadata required to sync, import, and log leads in the CRM
We use this information only to provide the Meta lead integration functionality inside Forth/Pharma ERP.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain Forth/Pharma ERP
- Manage CRM, sales, HR, payroll, inventory, finance, and other ERP features
- Import and process leads from Facebook / Instagram / Meta Lead Ads into the CRM
- Improve user experience and platform performance
- Provide support, notifications, and account-related communication
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and detect abuse
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Meta Integration and Permissions
If you connect your Meta account to Forth/Pharma ERP, we may request permissions such as access to pages, page lead retrieval, page engagement details, business account linkage, and related metadata strictly for the purpose of:
- connecting your Facebook page / Instagram business account
- retrieving lead form submissions
- importing leads into the ERP CRM
- storing lead activity logs
- associating leads with the correct business branch / CRM account
- enabling lead tracking and follow-up workflows inside the ERP
We do not use Meta data for unrelated advertising purposes, resale, or unauthorized profiling.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal or business data. We may share information only in the following situations:
- With trusted infrastructure or service providers who help us operate the platform (for example hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, or monitoring)
- With legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, court order, or valid governmental request
- With your own authorized users, staff, branches, or business accounts as part of ERP access control and normal platform functionality
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, including:
- access controls and authentication
- restricted administrative access
- encryption and secure transmission where applicable
- audit logging and system monitoring
- role-based permissions inside the ERP
However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to:
- provide ERP services to your organization
- maintain CRM / accounting / HR / audit history
- fulfill legal, tax, compliance, or contractual obligations
- resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Meta lead data imported into the ERP may remain in CRM records, activity logs, or related business records until deleted by the account owner or as required for operational / compliance purposes.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- access your information
- correct or update your information
- delete your information
- disconnect Meta integrations
- request deletion of Meta-related lead data stored by our application
- withdraw consent where applicable
