2. Use of Service

You may use Forth/Pharma ERP only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activity under your account
• ensuring that information you enter into the system is accurate and lawful
• ensuring that your use of imported CRM / Meta lead data complies with applicable privacy and marketing laws

3. ERP and CRM Functionality

Forth/Pharma ERP may provide modules such as CRM, sales, inventory, finance, HR, payroll, attendance, and reporting. Some features may integrate with third-party services including Meta / Facebook / Instagram.

We may add, remove, improve, or modify features over time.

4. Meta / Facebook / Instagram Integration

If you connect a Meta account, page, or business asset to Forth/Pharma ERP:

• you authorize us to access and process permitted Meta data required to provide the requested CRM lead integration functionality
• you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to connect that page, account, or business asset
• you remain responsible for how your organization uses imported lead data, including follow-up communication and legal compliance

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, API limitations, or policy decisions made by Meta or other third-party platforms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
• interfere with or disrupt the platform, APIs, or security systems
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• upload malicious code or misuse imported customer / lead data
• use the service in violation of privacy, anti-spam, employment, tax, or financial regulations

6. Privacy

7. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party providers such as Meta, hosting providers, SMS/email gateways, payment providers, mapping services, and analytics tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent policies, outages, or actions.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms
• your usage creates legal, security, or operational risk
• required fees are unpaid (if applicable)
• continued service is not commercially or technically feasible

You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and platform materials related to Forth/Pharma ERP remain the property of Forth Apps / Triac IT Solutions or its licensors, except for customer data uploaded by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forth Apps / Triac IT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the service, third-party integrations, or data loss.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
